Who needs diet?

You’ll always heard of: Arghh… i can’t gain anymore weight!! and not: Arghh… i need some weight gain!! If you are the second, I’ll urged you to stay away from me. Diet is always a hot topic, especially amongst girls. They have all sorts of diet plan, techniques, fat reduce cream, shower gel and tons more. That doesn’t include me. Why? Cuz I’m too lazy to use them. There was once that I came over this diet plan. It’s a three-day diet meal and four-day normal meal, i did lose weight within that three to five days, a 2.5kgs. I actually found this diet meal from a forum, after glancing through the list, I think it’s quite easy to prepare and so, i took the meal seriously… for 3 weeks (5kgs lost in two to three weeks). Bare in mind that this is a meal without a doctor’s consultation. If you’ll like to try out, take in your own risk. Let me give two real life examples of my friends who actually were quite satisfied with the results but with some side effects like, getting dizzy ! This could be resulted from sugar lacking, not really sure but we suspected.
There’s a lot of quick-weight-lost meal out there in the market. They let u lose weight easily, but you could be gaining back easily too. What I’m satisfied about this three-day diet meal is, it doesn’t let me gain back any weight after i lost them! Isn’t that what we want?! It’s already about two months time after i stopped the meal. The result was OK for me. The below is the meal i took.
Day 1
Breakfast: Black coffee / tea, toasted bread 1pc, peanut jam 2 teaspoon, half grape fruit
Lunch: Black coffee / tea, toasted bread 1pc, water tuna – half can
Dinner: Black coffee / tea, 1 apple, 85g of any meat, 1 cup of four season peas, 1 cup of red-skinned grape, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Day 2
Breakfast: Black coffee / tea, toasted bread 1pc, 1 boiled egg, half banana
Lunch: Black coffee / tea, 1 cup of yogurt, 2pcs of salted-biscuit
Dinner: Black coffee / tea, half cup of red-skinned grapes, half cup of vanilla ice cream, half banana, 2 hotdog, 1 cup of green broccoli
Day 3
Breakfast: Black coffee / tea, 1 apple, 1pc of low-fat cheese, 1pc of salted biscuit
Lunch: Black coffee / tea, 1pc of toasted bread, 1 boiled egg
Dinner: Black coffee / tea, 1 can water tuna, 1 cup of red-skinned grapes, half cup of vanilla ice cream, half banana, 1 cup of white broccoli, 1 cup of honey dew
* Please take note that these food have its chemical effects (was said so) so don’t attempt to change it. Other than salts and peppers, don’t add any other seasoning or sauce. A continuous of three days diet meal and followed by four days of normal meal (your usual meal). Take more H2O !
